Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Velvet Alchemy. Each item is carefully packaged and shipped with care.

Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and may choose from the available carrier options shown at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier, destination, package size, and weight.

Processing Times
Ready-made items that are currently on hand will ship within 24–48 hours after the order is placed. Most ready-made orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM may be eligible for same-day shipping when possible.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom Orders
Custom-made orders require approximately 3 additional business days before shipping. This allows time for creating, curing, finishing, inspecting, and packaging the item properly.

Customers who place a custom order will receive confirmation with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking after the package is accepted.

Delivery Delays
Velvet Alchemy is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees needed to resend the package.
